Hershey Kiss

Hershey, is a Quarter Horse and stands at just 15 hands high. She is the kindest old gal at 23 years old! She comes to greet you in the pasture, and will follow you around the barn just looking for attention. She is a perfect little horse in every way and all situations. Your little one will love to get her out, take her on short rides and play with her all day.  Hershey stands in the cross ties quietly while your little groomer climbs up on a stool and gets to work. She easily picks up all of her feet and quietly holds them while little hands are working. Hitting the trail (lightly and flat) or toting around a little one is her favorite job! She will happily head out alone or with a buddy.   Hershey has been exposed to deer, small animals, balls, dogs, fire, loud noises, heavy machinery and ATVs. She bathes, loads, and stands for the farrier and vet quietly. While Hersheys favorite job is hitting the trail, she has a sway back and needs a light rider.  She is best suited for light riding, teaching your littles the ropes, or keeping company in the pasture.   All of the kiddos will love to braid and dress up her thick, long mane and tail. She truly loves to be brushed and pampered on and will stand for hours to do so. She is one of the coolest horses we have owned. We are sad to see her go, but we know her new little rider is going to take the best care of her!!   Hershey would love to come to your farm to finish out her years teaching your youngest riders the ropes and keeping the rest of your herd company.  Hershey was recently diagnosed with mild Cushings, managed by 1/2 Prascend dosage. A 5 month supply will be sent with her to her new home. She is FREE to an approved, loving home.
